How much are South Padre Condos Renting For?
The price for condo rentals vary according to location, condition, views, and amenities and most of all the season. Typically the peak season starts in March with Spring break and goes until the end of summer on Labor Day. A two bedroom two bath beachfront condo overlooking the beach will run about $300 per day or $1800 per week during peak season to around $200 per night or $1000 per week during off season. One bedroom beachfront condos will usually run around $210 per day at peak and $125 during off season. Three bedroom units are rare and go for around $375 per day to $230 respectively.
These prices are an average for nice condos that are well appointed; lavishly decorated luxury units are considerably more. Condos that are in mediocre condition and modestly decorated and condos that are located a few blocks from the beach will be less.
